On Sunday October 28, the Ancient City Poets will gather at The Gallery Café of St. Augustine, Florida (located at 1974 US1 South in the Staples Plaza) from 3 to 5 p.m. A sign-up sheet will be available 15 minutes before start time for all those who would like to read original poems or something from a favorite poet. In observation of the Halloween season, costumes are welcome and encouraged. Chris Bodor will host. These readings are free and open to poets and poetry lovers of all ages. Have fun with the theme "Ghost of a Chance". Bring poems that relate to the theme or don't. Either way, do think about reading your poems in costume.
